Levin’s Parity Names 300 Women Leading Tech in 2026, in Partnership with LSEG

NEW YORK, 09/17/2026 – Parity, the gender equality network founded within global recruitment firm Levin, today published its 100 Women in Tech 2026 reports in partnership with LSEG, honoring 300 senior women across the FinTech, HealthTech and Energy & Infrastructure Tech sectors.

The reports arrive with a year of evidence behind them. Of the 300 women featured across the 2025 editions, 42% have since been promoted internally or moved into a bigger role at a new company. Eighteen have stepped into the C-suite, and six have gone on to found their own companies.

Parity has featured more than 700 women since 2024 and reached over 10,000 readers worldwide.

“When we founded Parity, the aim was simple: make sure the women doing brilliant work across tech actually get seen for it,” said Kesi Johnson, Founder & Network Lead at Parity. “What’s happened since has gone well beyond a list. The women we feature are moving into leadership, building companies and backing each other along the way, and that’s the whole point.”

The list was built from nominations by colleagues and peers, alongside Parity’s own research, with no self-nominations accepted. Nominees are recognized in four categories: Founders who have started and built companies, Leaders driving organizations and teams forward, Builders creating the products and technology itself, and Connectors who bridge gaps across the ecosystem.

Each nominee is invited to nominate another woman in turn, continuing Parity’s ethos of lifting as you climb.

The 2026 honorees will be celebrated at an in-person event hosted at LSEG’s New York offices on Wednesday, October 28, 2026. The reports are distributed across Parity’s community, Levin’s global client base and the wider tech industry.
