Since joining Lynkwell in early 2021 as the company’s first Operations Manager, Tanya’s exceptional leadership skills quickly propelled her to the positions of Director of Operations, Vice President of Operations, and now Chief Operations Officer.
Tanya focuses on ensuring that the company’s operations remain efficient and organized, regularly planning and implementing changes to optimize business functions. Tanya is committed to fostering the success of women leaders within Lynkwell and across the broader EV tech and auto industries—fields that have traditionally been male-dominated.
