Roberta Zwier is Vice President of Site Development & Permitting at LS Power, with extensive experience across environmental management, permitting and energy project development. She previously led environmental management at Rise Light & Power and held senior environmental roles at The Conservation Fund and Williams. Her project experience includes the Rockaway Delivery Lateral Project, a 3.2-mile pipeline developed to establish a new natural gas delivery point in New York City.
