Sarah Z Salem is Director of Environmental Justice & Community Investment at Flatiron Energy, leading community engagement and partnerships with host communities. She previously held community engagement leadership roles at WE ACT for Environmental Justice and GRID Alternatives, supporting solar and clean energy initiatives. She holds a Master’s in Environmental Science from UC Santa Barbara’s Bren School of Environmental Science & Management.
