Dionna is the Chief Diversity & Public Affairs Officer at GoGuardian, where she drives strategies to create inclusive company cultures and improve educational outcomes for marginalized students. As part of GoGuardian’s executive leadership team, she oversees internal and external communications, government relations, and public policy. With a background in DEI leadership at Thumbtack and Delta Airlines, Dionna is a recognized industry leader, earning accolades like Atlanta Business Chronicle’s 40 Under 40 and Mogul’s Top DEI Leaders Award. She holds a degree from Tulane University.
