Kathleen is a strategic leader with a diverse background in business strategy and consulting. Currently, she serves as the Head of Business Strategy and Chief of Staff to the COO at Chegg Inc. (since October 2023). Previously, she held the role of Director of Business Strategy at Chegg. Before this, Kathleen worked as a Project Leader and Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), after gaining experience in Growth Strategy at Honor. At IBM, she was an Offering Manager, shaping Watson Education’s go-to-market strategy.
