Lucie is an experienced engineering leader in the solar industry, managing a national team at PowerFlex since 2014. With expertise in solar, energy storage, and EV charging projects, she drives operational excellence and digital transformation. Prior to PowerFlex, she held key roles at Sollega and Bright Power. Lucie holds a Master’s in Energy Engineering from INSA Lyon and a leadership certificate from MIT. Passionate about sustainability, she also serves as President of GreenHomeNYC, promoting sustainability education and networking in New York.
